ilovecreatives Studio partnered with KKW Beauty to redesign their existing e-commerce website and e-mail marketing. We started with a deep dive UI/UX audit to highlight customer pain points using the site as well as provide elegant, intuitive solutions that would elevate the existing assets.
While the design was important, we also needed to cater to the massive customer inbound. The website had to be fast, mobile friendly, and accessible.

One of our favorite features of the site was how we activated KKW Beauty’s massive community on the website. We worked closely with their social team to create a pipeline of UGC to the website LOOKS section. Users could browse looks by Kim and her community to see exactly which shades they used and add to cart.
We needed to work with existing assets, but photoshop them to seamlessly integrate with the new website design.
